Harvey Jeauvon Burnett III, is a High School Sr. at Manual Academy Peoria, IL. and one of the top track athletes in the state of Illinois. In 2015, HJB3 placed in the top 10 in the Class 2A indoor 60M competition. He is currently undefeated in the outdoor 100M clocking a 10.91 against city rival Peoria Central High and nearly sweeping both the 100M (1st place) and 200M (2nd place by .03) races at the Dragon Relay Invitational in Pekin IL, on Friday May 1st, 2015.
